Top 10 Ways to Motivate/De-Motivate Geeks
Normally, I am not a big fan of those Top 10 lists, but I think this is the first time where I had to nod at every single point: Top 10 Ways to Motivate Geeks. It's like someone finally understands us and is able to sum up the points nicely.
Quite the opposite is a Top 10 List on how to de-motivate geeks, and again this is spot-on. I think these two lists should be mandatory readings for every management hiring geeks 🙂
