Akuma had 9 colors in the Game Boy Advance version (Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival). The first six are from Street Fighter Alpha 3, the rest are new, including colors with blue hair. Shin Akuma was also in that game with his own colors (his six from Alpha 3 and other new ones). These guys (the development team) didn't even bother to check out those games. Sorry if I couldn't post an image of those colors, but I do have the two images.
